Being in the construction industry for over 30 years, and working with many sub-contractors and suppliers, I have learned that there is no substitute for quality craftsmanship. The single largest investment most of us will make is in our homes; therefore, I feel strongly about building it right from the ground up. Using experienced, skilled craftsmen, and quality materials is essential to protecting its value.  Routine maintenance, repairing, and even sometimes upgrading are other components to maximize long lasting value.
